Grito was adopted in early March, 2016.  He is happily settled into his new life and family!.

Grito is an 8 year old male Chihuahua who weighs about 6lbs. He’ll make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a small lap dog and walking buddy.

He loves to be by his people and gets along just fine with other dogs – though he does get a bit sassy with some larger females and will charge and chase them. He loves to eat and will give you snorting sounds each morning to let you know it’s breakfast time.

He travels in the car well, walks on leash very nicely and fits perfectly on your lap. He is house trained and know basic obedience commands. In his foster home, he has free reign of the house as he hasn’t had any accidents or made any messes.

Where in the world is Grito?

He can be shy with new people and it can take a bit for him to warm up.   Just give him a little time to assess and he’s soon make new buddies.

Grito will be neutered and up to date on his vaccinations at the time of adoption.  He is fostering in the Madison, WI area.
