Nora was adopted in January 2017!
This darling Aussie Shep, called Nora, was found as a stray. She is very gentle and is settling into her new foster home.
Update from her Foster Mom:
Nora is really a sweet gal. She gets so excited when anyone comes over or passes us while walking; she loves attention. Her whole butt just wiggles. She walks phenomenally on leash. She’s the easiest foster I’ve ever had.
She is getting better about coming in the house. She just started to go down into the basement, as well as back up with us. She will not go up the stairs to the second floor. So now I know she can do stairs. I still need to carry her upstairs at night and back down in the morning. She’s eating very well and is completely respectful of the kitties. I gave them some kibble last night, and she just stood there watching.
I had a service guy over today and he left the door open to bring in some things. She tootled out the door after him and decided to explore the yard. When I redirected her back to the house, she tootled herself back in.
She’s going in for a checkup this week, otherwise, she is fully vetted but will need a dental cleaning.
