Louie as adopted in June 2017.
Bio: Louie is around 2 years old. He appears to be a Catahoula Bulldog mix, but we don’t know for certain. His foster mom thinks he may be. He was found as a stray in Chicago and his owners did not come looking for him. He is very snuggly and gives great hugs. Louie is still very much a puppy, he is playful and busy all of the time. He needs constant supervision or else he can get into mischief.
His foster mom is working on his leash training, which is going very well as long as he stays focused. Louie is food motivated and crate trained. He is very curious about new surroundings. Things and situations can be overstimulating for Louie and his foster mom is working on calming behaviors.
Louie needs a cat free home. Louie goes to doggy day care. A home with a smaller dog will be best for Louie. Louie is neutered, heart worm negative and has his vaccinations. He’s ready to find his new family! Fill out your application for Louie at www.northstarwi.com
